the service

down to tenths is an independent publication about Formula 1 — data, telemetry, strategy, engineering. the current site is a pre-launch landing page and email signup. content and features will evolve.

email signups

• provide a valid email you control.
• one signup per person. we may remove obviously bogus or abusive submissions.
• you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us.

acceptable use

don't use the site to break the law, attack the infrastructure, scrape at unreasonable rates, or impersonate others. we may rate-limit or block access if needed to keep the site healthy.

intellectual property

the down to tenths name, mark, original graphics, copy and code are ours. you're welcome to link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. don't republish whole graphics or pieces without permission.

formula 1, F1, team names and driver names referenced on the site are the property of their respective owners. we're not affiliated with Formula One Management or any team. we do not use broadcast footage, onboard video, or official team / series logos in our graphics.

no warranty

the site is provided as is. we try to be accurate but we don't guarantee that data, predictions, or analysis on the site or in emails are error-free or fit for any particular purpose. nothing on this site is betting, financial, or professional advice.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, down to tenths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the newsletter. our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — which, for a free site, is zero.

third-party services

the site is hosted on Vercel and uses PostHog for analytics and Neon as its database. their terms and privacy policies apply to data they process on our behalf.

changes

we may update these terms as the product evolves. material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of Romania. disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Romania, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
